Booking & Reservations

How do I reserve Galveston cruise parking?

Use the booking form on our homepage to select your cruise line and departure date, then choose your Galveston cruise parking type (open-air or covered). You'll receive an email confirmation instantly. No account required.

Can I book Galveston cruise parking last minute?

Yes, we accept reservations up to the day before your departure, subject to availability. We recommend booking your Galveston cruise parking at least a week in advance during peak cruise season (winter/spring) to guarantee your spot. Call us at (409) 454-4849 for last-minute bookings.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before your scheduled booking time. All cancellations are subject to a $15 cancellation fee, so refunds will not be issued in full. To request a cancellation or modification, please email info@lighthouseparking.org. This helps us process requests quickly and efficiently.

Do I need to print my confirmation?

No printing required. Show your email confirmation on your phone when you arrive, or simply provide your name. Our staff will look up your reservation in our system.

Can I use a promo code or coupon?

Yes! Enter your promo code in the booking form at checkout. Codes cannot be applied after a reservation is completed. Visit our Coupons page for current discount codes.

Shuttle Service

How long is the shuttle ride to the port?

Our complimentary shuttle takes approximately 5–10 minutes depending on traffic. We're located just minutes from the Port of Galveston, so you'll be at the check-in curb before you know it.

How often does the shuttle run?

Shuttles depart every 30 minutes or when full, whichever comes first. Please note that shuttle service is only available on cruise ship days — when no ship is in port, our buses are not in operation.

Do you serve all cruise terminals?

Yes. Our shuttle serves Pier 10, Pier 16, Pier 25, and Pier 28 at the Port of Galveston. When you book, select your cruise line and we'll automatically route you to the correct terminal.

Does the shuttle help with luggage?

Absolutely. Our shuttle drivers will load and unload your luggage at both ends — when you arrive at our lot and when we drop you at the check-in curb. No heavy lifting required.

How do I get a shuttle back when my cruise returns?

No need to call — when you're dropped off at the port, our shuttle driver will let you know exactly where to meet us for your return pickup. Return service is included in your reservation at no extra charge.

Where do you pick up at the terminal?

Our shuttle picks up at the following locations:

  • Terminal 1 — Spaces 19 & 20
  • Terminal 2 — Spaces 29 & 30
  • Terminal 3 — Spot 16
  • Terminal 4 — Spot 18

Parking Options

Do you offer covered Galveston cruise parking?

Yes. Our Galveston cruise parking comes in three tiers: Open-Air ($11/day), Covered ($14/day), and Elevated Covered ($18/day). Covered options protect your vehicle from the Texas sun and Gulf Coast weather. Select your preferred type when booking online.

Is your Galveston cruise parking lot secure?

Yes. Our Galveston cruise parking facility is fully fenced, well-lit, and monitored by 24-hour surveillance cameras. We have on-site staff during peak hours and security patrols at all times. Your vehicle is in good hands.

Can I park an oversized vehicle, RV, or motorcycle?

We accommodate most standard vehicles, trucks, and SUVs. For oversized vehicles, RVs, or motorcycles, please call us at (409) 454-4849 for availability and pricing before booking online.

Is EV charging available?

We currently do not have EV chargers available at either of our lots.

Pricing & Payment

Are there hidden fees with your Galveston cruise parking?

No. The price you see when you book your Galveston cruise parking is the price you pay. Shuttle service is complimentary and included in all rates. There are no fuel surcharges and no surprise add-ons at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is collected at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

What are your hours of operation?

Our facility is open on ship days from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

What if my cruise is delayed or extended?

In some events, a fee may apply depending on the circumstances of the delay. Please contact us and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Can multiple vehicles share one reservation?

Each vehicle requires its own reservation. If you're traveling with family or friends and have multiple vehicles, please book separately for each. Group discounts may be available — call us for details.
