How do I make a reservation?

Use the booking form on our homepage to select your cruise line and dates, then choose your parking type. You'll receive an email confirmation instantly.

How long is the shuttle ride?

Our complimentary shuttle runs regularly to the cruise terminal. The ride typically takes about 5–10 minutes depending on traffic.

Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

Reservations may be canceled up to 48 hours before your scheduled booking time. All cancellations are subject to a $15 cancellation fee, so refunds will not be issued in full. To request a cancellation or modification, please email info@lighthouseparking.org. This helps us process requests quickly and efficiently.

What if my cruise is delayed?

Your reservation is valid for your booked dates. If your cruise is delayed, contact us and we'll work with you to adjust your parking duration at the standard daily rate.
