Karen is the best! She called us regarding luggage we’d left behind and it was shipped UPS to us the next day. It wasn’t damaged and everything was there. The guys that loaded and unloaded us for our cruise were great. They were very helpful and friendly! We will use them again and highly recommend them!! 🙂
I’m so glad we went with Lighthouse! When we arrived we were directed to a parking space. Our bags were then loaded onto the shuttle by the staff. They shuttled us to the terminal and unloaded our bags. After we disembarked the ship they were waiting for us. They loaded and unloaded our bags once again. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Highly recommend them!

Much less expensive than the cruise terminal parking. Book online and save some more money. Secure. Great Service. They now have covered parking. We have parked here several times. You will not be disappointed.
I just booked again w/them for my upcoming nov cruise after using them last october for my cruise. online reservations were easy. the lot was secure, the attendants were very friendly and helpful and were even cheerful about unloading and helping w/our bags in the rain at the pier! they were also ON TIME to get us at the terminal on our return as well! i’ve also recommended them to others who have also had good experiences with them.
Excellent timing on delivery and pick up shuttle. Felt auto was in good hands while on cruise. Cheerful attendants. Thanks.

With the exception of our first cruise where we had family drop us off we have always parked here. the addition of the covered parking is wonderful. Helps keep the Texas sun off your truck and if the weather is bad while loading or unloading it make so much better. The people who work here are great. They even helped to unload the luggage from our truck. Leaving me to help my dad with his oxygen and my mom who has ambulatory issues. They have port-a-cans for bathrooms but I don’t think I have ever seen such clean ones.
We have been one of the unfortunate ones to have our Triumph cruise cancelled, we are up to 3 now. I have had no hassles with refunds in fact it was automaticly done. My credit card was refunded in less than a week all three times. We will continue to use them.
Parked at Lighthouse for our 1/14/13 Triumph cruise. It was very organized and quick. Bags and us were picked up at our vehicle and delivered quickly to the cruise terminal. Instructions were given on where to meet the bus on return. Upon return the bus was waiting for us when we went out to the lot. Bags and us were dropped off at our vehicle. Easy access to/from I-45. Extremely polite employees. Don’t forget to tip the driver and the baggage handler. Those guys work hard! Thanks Lighthouse, we’ll park there on our next cruise for sure!

Lighthouse parking was our first experience using a parking service for a cruise. It was my Mother’s first cruise and she was a little anxious. Lighthouse got us to a parking spot quickly, met us at our car to get our bags, loaded them on the shuttle and away we went. Dropped us off in a convenient location, and got our bags out quickly. They are so convenient because they have many shuttle busses, as soon as we walked out of the cruise terminal upon departure there was a shuttle there, we hopped right on. Again, we didn’t have to touch our bags. They unloaded us and put our bags in our cars for us! That experience was June, 2012, I am booking again with them today for our cruise coming up next month!
Just booked our fifth cruise and parking with Lighthouse Parking. These guys and gals are the best. Have refered many friends and customers and NEVER had any complaints. They do an incredible job. Book early because they will fill up!!
