Due to the unprecedented number of cancelled cruises because of COVID-19, all cancellation requests will be placed in a queue and be processed in the order that they were received one the pandemic situation begins to return to normal and the cruise ships begin sailing again. Unfortunately, we do now know when this will be. Cruise restarts have already been pushed back 4 times. We will post an announcement here and on Facebook when we are able to resume processing. We hope everyone can understand that we are not doing this by choice.
We are offering reservation transfers at no additional charge to any date within the next 2 years. Please submit transfer requests via the CONTACT US link below. Please provide the name on the reservation, the original and new departure dates and the ship name if that is also changing. We thank all of our valued customers for their patience and understanding during this very trying time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellations must be made 48 hours or more prior to departure. There will be a $15.00 cancellation fee. Please request a cancellation via the Contact Us Form. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund parking fees for No Show reservations.

Our covers are 12′ high, so generally we can accommodate any normal passenger vehicle or truck. Owners of anything larger than quad cab dually pickup truck need to Contact Us prior to booking to make sure we can accommodate your vehicle.

Absolutely. Our lots are locked up whenever we are not parking for a cruise ship. We have video surveillance and an on-site security presence.

Yes, we provide shuttle service for you and your luggage to and from the terminal as part of your Covered or Un-Covered parking reservation.

Yes, we will accept competitor coupons up to $10.00 off for COVERED cruise parking for the same ship on the same day, ONLY. For customers who want to book an Un-Covered space, you can use code 2017 for $5.00 off.

You may begin arriving as early as 9 AM. However, we recommend that you arrive between 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM. This ensures that we have debarked customers from the previous cruise and have spaces available to park. This also ensures that you will be able to check your luggage with the cruise line. Our last shuttle will leave at 2:30PM. We close the gates at 3:00 PM.

We highly recommend that you reserve a parking space with us online. Because we offer Premium Parking (elevated lot with Covered Spaces), we sell out more often than not. Not only does reserving online ensure that you have a parking spot when you arrive, but you also get a $5.00 discount!

We are approximately half a mile from the main terminal entrance.

We do offer complimentary Uncovered parking for travel agents on a first come, first served basis on the day of the cruise. These spaces are not currently available for reservation and availability is not guaranteed. You will need to show proof of Travel Agent status, such as your IATA card.

We do offer complimentary Uncovered parking for Service Connected Disabled Veterans on first come, first served basis on the day of the cruise. These spaces are not currently available for reservation and availability is not guaranteed. We will need to see confirmation of your Service Connected Disabled status, such as your VA card.

Our shuttles are constantly going between the parking the lot and the terminal during our peak times when debark and embark are occurring simultaneously. We do not have set pickup times; our shuttles depart when full or every 30 minutes, whichever comes first.

It is not necessary to drop off your luggage first. We will transport both you and your luggage to and from the Port, providing an easy and convenient one-stop parking experience.

Your bus driver will indicate where the pick-up point will be, based on which terminal you depart from.  One of our employees will also be standing next to a RED and YELLOW sign indicating the pick-up point when you return.

Absolutely! Without clear and complete owner information on each piece of luggage, it will prove difficult if not impossible to reunite owner with luggage. It is very important that your contact phone number be one where you can be reached before you return home, such as a cell phone number.

One of our employees will greet you at the gate and verify your reservation if you have one. If you do not have a reservation, our employee will collect your payment. You will then be assisted by one of our porters who will direct you to a parking spot and assist you with loading your luggage onto one of our shuttle busses.

Tipping is at you discretion. However, our drivers and porters do earn the majority of their income from tips and they do work very hard to provide you a safe and convenient start to your cruise.  If you do choose to tip, the general rate is about $1.00 per bag.
